Coupon Redemption
Normally, coupons and deals visible on our website or in our mobile applications are redeemable as per their descriptions. Occasionally a deal will remain visible while no longer valid. Discretion to honor a coupon, special, or deal lies solely with the issuing merchant.

By registering or placing an order with us, you are consenting to receive e-mails from us regarding your registration or your order. Additionally, by registering or placing an order with us, you are consenting to receive commercial e-mail from us. If you do not wish to receive commercial email from us, you may remove your name from the e-mail list and edit your personal information from the Campus Special computer system by updating your account information.

Risk Of Loss
All items purchased through Campus Special are made pursuant to a delivery contract. Should there be delivery errors; Campus Special will offer reasonable assistance in the correction of that error. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You must file any such claims with that delivery carrier.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Campus Special customer service immediately via CampusSpecial.com/contact and include the order number and restaurant name. All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed with our restaurant partners or otherwise determined by Campus Special, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, Campus Special will issue credit for use on future orders through the Campus Special website. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the order date listed on your order confirmation email. No cash refunds will be issued by Campus Special.

Children
You may not use the Campus Special Web site if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. Likewise, Campus Special will not store or record information from any person under the age of thirteen (13).

Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Campus Special, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, damage, claim, or demand (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special), including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Web site, including your use of this Web site to provide a link to another Web site or to upload content or other information to the Web site.

Food Allergies
It is your responsibility to note any specific food allergies when you place your order. There are several places to provide comments both on the item that you've selected and for the entire order. Campus Special transfers that information exactly as it appears in those text boxes. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL BE PREPARED AS REQUESTED. Campus Special is not liable for any improper food preparation.

Terms Of Purchase
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases including any applicable taxes.

Methods Of Payment:
Cash
By selecting CASH as a method of payment, you agree to provide the restaurant payment in the form of US Dollars ($) upon receipt of your order.

Credit Card
By selecting CREDIT CARD as a method of payment, you agree that you must be authorized to use the credit card presented as a method of payment. Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our website, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. If Campus Special does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Campus Special or its agents.

Promotional Campus Special Cash
Campus Special often releases promotional coupons for dollars off your order, percentage off your order, etc. A coupon is valid for one use per customer. Creating additional accounts to use these promotional coupons for additional savings is considered fraudulent, and is not allowed. Campus Special reserves the right to refuse the use of Campus Special Cash on any order. Campus Special reserves the right to block a customer from using Campus Special Cash if we determine an individual is abusing our Campus Special Cash promotional program.

Campus Special Cash
By selecting Campus Special Cash as a method of payment you agree that you are the authorized user of the account and, as such, authorize Campus Special to deduct and remit the stated amount from your account to the restaurant partner fulfilling your order. Campus Special Cash is not a credit program. If the total amount of the purchase is greater than your available Campus Special Cash, your credit card will be charged for the outstanding balance.

Purchasing Campus Special Cash
Campus Special Cash allows you to load a dollar value into your Campus Special Cash Account in the form of Campus Special Cash for future online purchases at participating restaurants with Campus Special. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any amount in your Campus Special Account is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No interest, dividends, or any other earnings on funds deposited into your Campus Special account as Campus Special Cash will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Campus Special. Campus Special Cash is not transferable from person to person. Campus Special reserves the right not to accept any Campus Special Cash if it is reasonably believed that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. You are responsible for all transactions associated with the Campus Special Cash in your Campus Special account, including unauthorized transactions.
