We would like to invite you through our doors to "Eat Naked." We have “exposed” ourselves in a variety of ways. Our kitchen is open so you can clearly see we make all of our dishes from scratch. We only use raw ingredients and every order is made fresh-to-order. We want our customers to know what they are about to indulge in is prepared with the freshest of ingredients in a clean & open atmosphere.
Additionally we also offer our customers the chance to dress their own “Naked” Noodles with choice of ingredients, sauces and toppings up to the final stage of preparation.
Our décor and design reveals the use raw “exposed” materials from our recycled corrugated tin ceilings, to the natural wood flooring to the historic brick of the original building.
Our commitment and promise to you is that we reveal everything to you…nothing shall be hidden!
For the time being though, our Cooks shall remain “unexposed” for obvious & prudent reasons.
