Is ordering online safe, what about those pesky online hackers?

Campus Special keeps your information safe. All transactions are encrypted with powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and other information before it is transmitted the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as the telephone.

I'm hungry, how do I create an account on Food Court?

Just click here to sign up, or sign in, and begin to start adding items to your guest check!

Getting hungrier, how do I place an order on Food Court?

Click the "Food Court" link at the top of the page to view a list of restaurants available at your school. Select the restaurant you want to order from, build your order, and check out!

I'm starving! How do I check out?

Simple. As you are building your order, your guest check information appears at right of the page. When you are finished selecting items just click "Check out", confirm your payment method, and finalize the order. You will receive a confirmation email and your food will be in your stomach in no time.

How do I change My Account information?

Click the My Account button at the top of the page, and then click Basics to change your basic account info.

How do I view a past order, or my favorite orders?

You can view all past orders and favorite orders in the left-side menu by clicking on my past orders on your school's Food Court page. Your order history is also available through the my account section by clicking my past orders at any time.

How Do I add a favorite order?

After any order you place, you will have the option to save it as a favorite order. The next time you order, you can choose one of your favorites without having to build the entire order again. You can also look at your previous orders and make any past order a favorite.

Can I create a make a special request?

We cannot ensure that the restaurant will see it, but we will make every effort to add special instructions to your order. This is completely up to the restaurant, we add the functionality to order anything on the restaurant's menu, and certain restaurants will allow us to create functionality for a build to order item.

What if a business is closed?

You can place a pre-order for any restaurant and receive your order once it opens.

How do I place a pre-order?

You can place a pre-order by clicking the 'Pre Order' button when adding an item to your cart. You'll then select the day and time and check out like normal.

Can I call in an order to Food Court?

No. The biggest benefit of ordering food directly online is that it eliminates phone wait times, busy signals, or language barriers. Online ordering also increases order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

How do I know if a restaurant will deliver to me or not?

Each restaurant on our site will have a map of their current delivery area. Not sure if you are included in that area? Simply click on the "who delivers to me?" link, type in your address and instantly see the list of restaurants that will deliver to you.

I ordered the wrong thing! How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling the restaurant at the number we have provided for you in the receipt email.

I have a big event coming up, what about catering?

You can place a catering order on Food Court! We offer the ability to preorder in advance, so for your next big event, place the order online the easy way!

What is the minimum order for delivery?

Each restaurant has its own order and delivery guidelines. Any delivery charge will be clearly displayed on your guest check throughout the ordering process and is automatically calculated into your total.

What if I haven't received my order?

If you have not received your order or to check your order status, contact the restaurant directly at the number we have provided in the receipt email.

I paid for my food with a credit card, but my order was canceled!

If the restaurant approved the cancellation of your order, they will then notify us and we will credit your account.

I was charged for an item I never received!

Contact the restaurant at the number we have provided in the receipt email to let them know you are missing an item of your order. If they do not provide that item to you, please notify us and we will credit your account for that item.

What if there is a special that the business is running that isn't on Food Court?

We encourage restaurants to have their online menu's consistently reflect their in store menu's and specials, but cannot guarantee that this is always the case. It is the restaurant's responsibility to maintain their menu and specials.

Can I use my coupons in the Campus Special coupon book on Food Court?

This is up to the restaurant owner, but there are a number of the coupons in our Coupon Book have the ability to be used online, although some will have a maximum use limitation per account.

What if there is an awesome restaurant that isn't on here?

We would love to add them! Please Contact Us to give us a heads up and we will work our hardest to get them on Food Court.

I'm still confused! What if I need more help that isn't covered here?
