How do I change my delivery address?

Click the My account link at the top of the page, and then click Delivery Addresses to change your delivery address, and other options.



How do I change my default school?

Click the My account link at the top of the page, and then click Basics to change your default school, and other options, or click Change School at the bottom of the page.



How do I change my payment options?

Click the My account link at the top of the page, and then click Payment Options to change your payment options.



What is Campus Special Cash?

Campus Special Cash accounts can be pre-funded so that you have money available to order food when you need it. We'll reward you for using Campus Special Cash. For every $50 you add to your account, we'll give you an extra $1!



Can my parents add Campus Special Cash for a poor student like me?

You bet! Your parents or family members can also add Campus Special Cash to your account by accessing the section at the bottom of the site.



What if I'm having problems registering
My account?

Check to make sure that all required fields are filled in, including a valid email address, password, and that you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the web site. If you have not received your security key, be sure to check all junk, spam and trash folders.



What if I'm having problems logging in?

Make sure you are logging in with the same email and password that you used to register your account. If you cannot remember your password, you will be able to reset it.



How do I remove my email address from your promotions list?

Simply click the opt out button at the bottom of any email to remove yourself from our promotions and mailings list, you can also do this on the Basics screen in My account although were sure you don't want to miss out on the deals we have!



What is a confirmation email?

A confirmation email is sent out just to let you know that the restaurant has received your order, your food should be ready shortly! If you do not receive the confirmation, make sure to check your junk folder as well, and add mailer@campusspecial.com to your safe sender list.
