You will want to check with local restaurants about different preparation processes for your campus food when you have food allergies. For example, when dining at a Japanese hibachi restaurant, where they prepare the meal tableside, you will want to take precautions if you are allergic to shellfish. Most of the time, they cook all different types of meat, poultry and shellfish on the same cooking surface. Instead, you can ask them to cook and prepare your food separately so you don’t have to worry about accidently getting exposed to your food allergy.
Make Sure to Eat Campus Food Meals At Least Three Times a Day
You can get campus food at all different times of the day and night. You should try to plan your meals, so that you eat at least three times a day. You should eat breakfast in the morning, as this will give you the energy to get through your day. You should also take time out from you classes to eat lunch. Finally, in the early evening, you should make sure to eat dinner. If you get hungry in between meals, you can always eat a few snacks.
